Blue Smile helps over 200 children a week to be happier and have brighter futures. Young Minds is the UK’s leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. They want to see a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health, and gets the mental health support they need, when they need it, no matter what. Young Minds website

 

YOUnited offers help to children and young people with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. It is available to those up to the age of 25 and offers a range of support including therapies, counselling and guided self-help. Referrals can be made to YOUnited by a GP or any professional working with children or young people. YOUnited website

 

NHS in Mind' is a free platform containing 8 easy-to-access, short interventions to help NHS staff alleviate and combat high anxiety, panic and fatigue at this time. 

With the staff of the ‘NHS in Mind' Slee Parrish, an experienced Senior NHS Nurse and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, together with Alex James, a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Teacher, have put together a set of free resources for members of staff to access and use to help them look after their mental health and well-being. NHS In Mind website
