PARENT APP LAUNCHES TODAY

We are pleased to advise we are launching the Arbor Parent Portal/App for parents/guardians this afternoon. The Arbor Portal and App are designed to help you stay connected with your child's school life. You will be able to use the Portal/App for booking the upcoming Parent's Evenings and view your child's attendance. At a future date, the Portal/App will also offer the ability to book dinners, clubs and trips.  

Arbor can be accessed in 2 ways:

Arbor Parent Portal - Website version which can be accessed via a web browser.

Arbor Parent App -  Mobile App that you can download to your smartphone or tablet.

Crucial Note for First-Time Users: You must set up your password and accept the terms of use through the Parent Portal (website) first. You cannot do this through the app.

Next Steps:

1. You will receive a Welcome Email from us this afternoon (look for an email from Arbor in your inbox (check junk mail too).

2. Click the Login Link: Inside the email, click on the unique login link provided. This link will take you to a secure page to set up your account.

3. Set your password

4. You will then be redirected to the log in page where you can enter your email address and your newly set password. 

We will be running drop in sessions at the office each morning next week between 8.40am and 9am for any parents/carers needing some support with setting up the app.
