We are very proud of our well-planned, spacious Reception Classroom. Child-led learning is at the heart of everything we do and the room is planned to allow children to be independent, make their own choices and learn and develop through play. Activities are planned to allow children to embed skills taught in whole class teaching, as well as develop key skills such as cutting or counting. Areas will develop as the year goes on, taking into account how the children are progressing in their learning and their current interests.
